Our cozy and colorful retreat, is just off Hwy 63 and near Boone County fairgrounds, offers the best of both worlds with a peaceful getaway while still being just minutes away from central Columbia's excitement. The short drive will reach the colleges and university and all of their activities and events. With comfortable furnishings, 4k televisions, and high-speed internet, our home provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. This duplex home is ideal for families, friends and contract workers.

This home is located in a flood plan. This means that water pools in the yards from time to time. No refunds will be given for water in the grass. Of course if the water keeps you from staying in the home (unable to access the home)a refund will be given. This has never happened but want to disclose just in case. Our home is monitored by a ring doorbell and camera and records video and audio during your entire stay. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Any violation is cause for immediate removal. No smoking of any kind inside or outside the property. Any violation is cause for immediate removal and a $500 cleaning fee. No weapons or drugs allowed on the property. Check out instructions: Please do not remake the beds. Please wash all dishes or place the dishes in the dishwasher rinsed off. (no need to start it) Please take all trash to the garbage can located on the back patio. We want to ensure that our properties are well maintained and cared for therefore, we have additional rules to help facilitate reduce the wear and tear on our home. Additional rules: Only registered guests are allowed at the residence (in or outside of the residence) there will be an automatic fee of $250 per additional unregistered guest. If you need an accommodation please reach out to us and we will notify you in writing if an accommodation can be made and if there will be any additional fees assessed. No pets, smoking or vaping of any kind, in or outside the home and no drugs allowed to include marijuana. There will be an automatic $500 fee assessed.
