No guests of guests. All individuals on the property will be registered. Any unauthorized individuals that are found to be on the property will be subject to $100 fine per person per day. No smoking or vaping any substances of any kind on the property. If it is found that there has been smoking of anything on the property there will be an automatic $500 fee for a cleaning staff to bring the property back to its original state. No pets of any kind at any time on the property. There will be an automatic $500 fee for our cleaning staff bring the property back to the state in which it was in prior to your stay
